• Aluminum cookware is quite popular and common kitchen utensils. They are a good conductor of heat and durable. Owing to these reasons they are widely used. The amount of aluminum that gets absorbed in food while cooking is also quite negligible and does not cause any harm to the body. However, one should avoid cooking acidic food in these utensils.

• Stainless steel cookware sets last longer than ceramic or earthenware utensils. They are durable and resistant to rust. This metal is generally prepared by adding chromium and nickel with steel which helps in preventing corrosion. As this metal is a poor conductor of heat, the pots and pans are developed by bonding layers of copper and aluminum to stainless steel making them most versatile and practical cookware choice available.  

• Stainless steel water kettle is quite safe to use and is better than plastic kettles. They are resistant to corrosion and rust.

• Ceramic knife sets are not mostly used for cutting fruits and vegetables.
